The enthusiastic staff who gave excellent services to us. The location of the hotel is very convenient for visiting various places in Shenzhen.

Room is nice and comfortable. Bath is fantastic! Breakfast is great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Lots of shops and food options within a 2-3 min walk including a pharmacy/supermarket which is great if needed.

From the welcoming staff opening the door , to the receptionists , concierges, waitressing staff and domestics everyone were polite, professional, pleasant and helpful. We will book this hotel again and we will warmly recommend it .

I love the way i was taking care of when I was sick by Rafa en Curtis. Even if i was 10.000km far from i felt at peace and home. Even the last days rafa kept checking on me, which was really nice

Big and confy rooms, well maintained. I had a third space room which is very elegant and with access to Executive lounge.

Beautiful hotel, good smell, very clean, nice staff. The fitness room is great and also the bathroom.
