JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen

The enthusiastic staff who gave excellent services to us. The location of the hotel is very convenient for visiting various places in Shenzhen.

From the welcoming staff opening the door , to the receptionists , concierges, waitressing staff and domestics everyone were polite, professional, pleasant and helpful. We will book this hotel again and we will warmly recommend it .

Nice rooms and fairly quiet.

Big and confy rooms, well maintained. I had a third space room which is very elegant and with access to Executive lounge.

Beautiful hotel, good smell, very clean, nice staff. The fitness room is great and also the bathroom.
